Cobble Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
TMT Automation Inc. warrants the gate and door operator systems and related equipment manufactured by TMT Automation Inc. and distributed by TMT Automation Inc. or approved dealers.
All TMT products are manufactured with extreme care, thoroughly inspected and tested. Under proper installation and normal use, our warranty ensures the products free from defects in material and workmanship.
The warranty will cover the repair or replacement, at the discretion of TMT Automation Inc or its distributors, of such faulty materials or parts free of charge.
The workmanship of the installation of the products carried out by any third party is specifically not covered under this warranty (please consult with your installer about their workmanship warranty terms and conditions). This warranty does not cover call out charges and/or labor charges associated with any service requirements.
The warranty offers:
- Two-year warranty for mechanical parts (*This is extended to a Five-year warranty provided an annual service and inspection is completed by your installer-annual service charges may apply)
- One year for electrical parts
This warranty will not apply to any equipment which:
- a) Has not been installed in accordance with the installation instructions provided.
- b) Has been subject to misuse or use which has been used for any purpose other than that designed for by the manufacturers.
- c) Has damage caused as a result of handling during transit, atmospheric conditions (including lightning), insect infestation, power surges or other forces outside of the control of TMT Automation.
General warranty claim procedure:
- Customers provides the defect report. We need to know:
- Which part is broken?
- How long has it been used?
- What is the installation environment?
- Door weight and size?
- Setting of the control board.
* There will be a sheet to fill in as report form
- Fault analysis will be done and feedback to customers with 7 days under normal circumstances.
- Defective products might need to be returned back to us for examination.
